This NYT article about Helene has a couple people that are just infuriating. This guy is basically saying he just wants more insurance, right? He also complained that the government was covering up alternative COVID treatments in 2020, so "independent" feels like a stretch.

My first and definitely last time working with the Los Angeles Times. Editing out the most urgent point of an OpEd in the minutes before sending to press while then also assigning a title and image that suggest an argument entirely opposite to the author’s clear intent is pretty shitty.

After watching this press conference where everyone (President, VP, Sec of Defense and Transportation) quickly went to blame DEI for this crash, I wonder what they'll say if everyone involved turns out to be a white male?

Went and did Hyrox again, finished 4th in my age group because I fell apart on the wall balls at the end to miss the podium. Will have to enter again to get onto it but still better than 6 months ago.

The US Track and Field team is just bananas this year. Competitive at every single event for the first time I can ever recall, and dominant in some. Just great to watch.
