Wife hates steak so every time she’s at a conference (2-3 times a year) the kids and I make the highest quality steaks we can. Some nice American Wagyu last month. Always reverse sear.

This NYT article about Helene has a couple people that are just infuriating. This guy is basically saying he just wants more insurance, right? He also complained that the government was covering up alternative COVID treatments in 2020, so "independent" feels like a stretch.

Went and did Hyrox again, finished 4th in my age group because I fell apart on the wall balls at the end to miss the podium. Will have to enter again to get onto it but still better than 6 months ago.
