As someone who has hung in with the Blue Jays for more than three decades since the last World Series (god I lived through the *black uniform era*), this was easily the most loveable, surprising, gutsy team we’ve ever had. A true delight to watch them play.

Not to pick on this particular person but this was absolutely not a choke job and hadn't been the entire series. The Jays aren't the Leafs. The Dodgers were expected to walk away with the series, we made them work for every single hit. This is simply the outcome of a very close game and series

A lot of new baseball fans were truly baffled by that last inning. Stuck ball/crazy outfield double play. It’s a wacky game sometimes!
Believe it or not, Giménez's ball had an expected batting average of .710. Classic bloop, read as such by both runners. Great read by Kiké, great jump, slightly bad baserunning, Game Seven.
