Amazing to me that Panama played a part in this. Shameful and sad.

Back in August I was in pain 24/7 and sleeping on a camping pad on the floor. Today I did 45 minutes pain free on the trainer for the first time since. Recovery sucks, but injury sucks more.

Working backward from a pretty clear “this is the experience I want” to “this is the code/infra I think I need to make it real” can be a _real_ slog.
