Decided to set up DDR for PS2. Still hard as hell, but you have to appreciate its historical significance and influence in gaming. Listening to the old Euro tracks definitely takes me back to the late 90s, early 2000s.

The future has come and gone. Waited an hour to get in the store and finally got in and put the 3D in my cart. By the time I got through the captcha, it was sold out. It would have been nice to get one since the N64 is the only system my fiancé likes to play. Hopefully Analogue releases another

30 years ago Ghost in the Shell was released. This was one of the first anime I watched a few years after it was released, and was blown away by the art and storyline. I recently got the complete manga series, which is really good. 30 years ago feels like forever!

A true legend in the gaming industry. Sad to see another person succumb to cancer, but it was nice seeing everyone come together to support her while she was getting treatment.

A great addition for your library. Made by the experts at M2. Very well done.

I wonder if now should be a good time to jump back in. I've only put about 60 hours into WoW (I'm still relatively new), but it seems like there is a lot of new content. I may check it out. The housing content seems like it could be a lot of fun, too.
Patch 11.2.7 packs a punch with...

🏘️ Housing early access + weekly quests
📖 Midnight’s Prologue Campaign
🚀 Revamped experiences for new + returning players

And much more!

I'm fine waiting a few years for Steam Deck 2 if it will be significantly more powerful. Incremental improvements make it hard go justify paying full price for a new system. 2TB storage should be standard , though, given the size of newer games. Love my current Steam Deck.
“We’re not interested in getting to a point where it’s 20 or 30 or even 50 percent more performance at the same battery life. We want something a little bit more demarcated than that.”
Valve says it’s still waiting for better chips to power Steam Deck 2
Even a 50 percent performance-per-watt improvement wouldn’t be enough, engineer says.

Another great find by @wario64.bsky.social Saved $18. Total was $77, which is still too high for a controller in my opinion, though. Still, glad to grab one for a cheaper price.

Unless you have kids, having to care for a toddler with a stomach bug while you and your spouse are also really sick is one of the hardest things you can do. It feels like you never get undisturbed rest. We're going on day 6, but he seems to finally be feeling a little better.

GameFAQs is definitely a big part of gaming history. Before YT, I would frequent GameFAQs to find guides to help me clear various sections of games. For those without extra money to buy official guides, GameFAQs was a great resource.
Hey, happy 30th birthday GameFAQs! Launched on November 5th, 1995!

The earliest scrape I can find on Wayback is December 1996, but I doubt the site changed much. But yes, here it is in its earliest days as the Video Game FAQ Archive!

Sad to hear. He eill be missed. DOA3 and Ninja Gaiden were definitely system sellers during the days of the original xbox, that really pushed the system. I feel with Ninja Gaiden, it set the tone for the new area of difficult 3D action games that lives on even today. RIP Itagaki.

Never seen a balloon take off this close. I don't think I'd ever go on one, though. The basket seems so small! Glad to see the crew enjoying themselves!

The balloons didn't take flight for the first day of the Balloon Fiesta, so we decided to take the baby to the park. To our surprise, a balloon was preparing to take off. Super cool up close.

Things have been off to a bit of a rough start in Albuquerque, but we're enjoying the culture and things that make New Mexico unique. Seeing balloons in the air is mesmerizing, and seeing them up close is really cool. I'm looking forward to the Balloon Fiesta in a few weeks.
