Decided to set up DDR for PS2. Still hard as hell, but you have to appreciate its historical significance and influence in gaming. Listening to the old Euro tracks definitely takes me back to the late 90s, early 2000s.

The future has come and gone. Waited an hour to get in the store and finally got in and put the 3D in my cart. By the time I got through the captcha, it was sold out. It would have been nice to get one since the N64 is the only system my fiancé likes to play. Hopefully Analogue releases another

Never seen a balloon take off this close. I don't think I'd ever go on one, though. The basket seems so small! Glad to see the crew enjoying themselves!

The balloons didn't take flight for the first day of the Balloon Fiesta, so we decided to take the baby to the park. To our surprise, a balloon was preparing to take off. Super cool up close.

Things have been off to a bit of a rough start in Albuquerque, but we're enjoying the culture and things that make New Mexico unique. Seeing balloons in the air is mesmerizing, and seeing them up close is really cool. I'm looking forward to the Balloon Fiesta in a few weeks.

Went to Santa Fe yesterday, which was pretty cool. However, the drive-in from Albuquerque was stunning. There is so much beautiful open space in New Mexico.

It's always nice to see classics still being put out to be played these days.

The skies above Albuquerque have been really beautiful, especially in the evening. I've enjoyed exploring a bit the last few days and looking forward to new adventures.

I really enjoy No Man's Sky. The sense of exploration is probably the best I've experienced in any game. You could likely spend all your time on one planet if you wanted to. Just a fun-laid-back game. #hellogames #nomanssky #switch2

As I was driving to get some things done for my new job when out of nowhere came this hot air balloon 8n the early morning. As I made it closer to the mountain, I could see at least half a dozen floating in the sky as the sun rose higher. Super cool.

Went to Lowe's the other night to get some moving supplies and saw this. 3 months out from Halloween, and Lowe's is already putting out the decorations. I'm definitely okay with starting Halloween season early, though!

Last time we had a serious advisory in Ventura, people were going to the harbor to get a better look at it. A

I love this picture from the Switch 2 version of No Man's Sky. Looking out into the vastness of space and seeing 1000s of galaxies and stars, it's an immense feeling knowing you can theoretically visit them all and infinitely more. It is a beautiful game for lovers of space and exploration.

Got these from @frederikhornung.com Perfect size for desk, and came just in time for our move. Perfect way to displayy fandom without taking up tons of space! FYI, the pictures are perfectly centered. I just take bad pictures, lol

Less than 10 days until our move to Albuquerque. I'm a bit stressed but excited for the next chapter. Once you pack up your go-to gaming consoles, you know it's real, lol

I would love to see Gears of War get the same treatment as the Master Chief Collection. It seems like it doesn't get much attention these days. I wish they would have done something about remastering 2 and 3 since the original already had a remastered release a few years ago.

Tokusatsu super heroes would not be as popular or as iconic without their helmets. Same can be said with any superhero wearing a helmet, though.

If you like skateboarding games, but are not sure which is for you, here are some of my suggestions that might help.

Tony Hawk series: Arcadey, over-the-top skating, but you can adjust the stats for a bit more realism. Some levels feel empty, but there are a lot of good ones with skate spots.

5 perfectly flame-grilled patties in a burger?! The chef should be honored that The Burger King has decided to accept it into his stable of burgers.

What people fail to realize is that when Kaiju destroy buildings (especially during the day), it likely results in the deaths of many innocent people. When you fight a kaiju, you really need to lure it out into the open to mingle loss of life.

I don't have a proper lunch today, but Italian salami and Gouda on cranberry oat crackers is hitting the spot. Don't recommend cutting salami with a plastic knife, though.
