California pays a ton of federal taxes that support other states in all kinds of natural disasters, but for us to get assistance we have to meet demands. Wow!!!!!!!!! So do we need to rebuild ourselves? Clearly we’d have the money if it was able to stay in our state. Hmmmmmmm
