It's really noticeable around us how it has shifted from "youngish professionals living comfortably together" to "overcrowded HMOs" because it's more affordable to split a two-bed four ways than two.
I know expectations have now shifted, because they had to, but it's *mad* that as a reasonably high earning individual/a couple with okay salaries it's now essentially no longer possible to live in zone 2, just wasn't the case even a decade ago, social geography of London has changed *so much*

My exclusive yesterday - a group is taking legal action against the makers of Johnson’s baby powder, claiming repeated use caused their cancers. They say for decades talcum powder contained small amounts of cancer causing asbestos.
