The Secretary of the Navy, John Phelan, went to pay his respects to the servicemembers and civilians lost in Pearl Harbor on “June 7th, 1941.”
It looks good, except Pearl Harbor happened on December 7th.
It seems Mr. Phelan skipped that part of history class.

Adherence to the Madisonian system of separation of powers coupled with checks and balances is why our country has survived. I suggest that every American read or reread the Constitution.
