Ds should insist on a floor vote in both houses with no D assistance, on Rs’ CR. When it fails, voter'll know who to blame if the govt shuts down. That should also help focus everyone: What do Ds want in exchange for bailing out Rs’ from their utter incompetence?

This administration's immigration policy is fundamentally sick.

Trump has wrongly detained lawful green card holders and even CITIZENS. No one should assume this was necessary.

These firefighters put their lives on the line for us ALL and Trump is detaining them.

So of course it's not just D.C.

This is at the top of the list of Trump's massive corruption. He's literally stealing money from us.

In this case, he's going to spend $1 billion (THATS A LOT OF MONEY!) of our $$ to build himself a luxury plane that he is going to take with him after he leaves.

Honestly...

In a blow to press freedom, the U.S. Justice Department announced on Friday its decision to rescind guidelines that protected against the seizure of journalists’ phone records and other reporting material. Source protection is vital to reporting on public interest issues.

“[W]e insist that the PRESS Act, which the House of Representatives unanimously passed in January, become legislation,” New York Amsterdam News wrote in an editorial in October.
EDITORIAL: Pass the Press Act immediately!
A bipartisan federal shield act, Press Act, S.2074, would protect journalists from being compelled to disclose sources or records.

Boosting this about the PRESS act.

Remember, this needs to be passed right now, and Schumer has the power to move it forward. It's already passed the House.

New Yorkers? Help lead the charge.
Ok, I actually need to work on my revisions (largely because my editor is on here, and is probably seeing this post 😅 👋)

But here's a call script for the PRESS Act:
