I fondly remember the good ol' days, when we blogged about the harm to the rule of law from the Bush 43 firing of Republican U.S. Attorneys. That's a distant memory now. This campaign is far more corrosive. And congressional majorities are fully complicit.

Just amazing: Trump grew angry over a Biden-era program with the word "equity" in its name, so he ended it. But a key part of the program was sending money to red states to expand internet access in rural/MAGA country. Now they might not get it.
