Today, Chancellor Syverud announced he will be stepping down at the end of the 2025-2026 academic year. As he announces his departure, he reflected on over 12 years of accomplishments across the university.

Reminder to be more vigilant in info environment than normal right now. Conflict exacerbates common problems: unconfirmed media speculation, false experts who weren’t Iran/Israel experts yesterday, bad OSINT takes, visuals lifted from other places/events…and that’s just from mostly real accounts.
