Well given Trump's track record in the courts and the fact that the programme was neither broadcast anywhere in the US or available via streaming means this is just an attempt to force an out of court settlement in his favour.

I hope the Beeb doesn't cave.

Wonderful evening last night with @drrachelclarke.com and @robdelaney.bsky.social at the Kiln Theatre, Kilburn.

Insightful, and some excellent points about how important the work of play specialists are for children in hospital but what is there for adults? Food for thought.

Anybody knows of young marine ecologists (within 7 years from earned PhD) that would like to come to Gothenburg, Sweden, for a nationally funded Assistant Professorship? It is highly competitive but well funded. (1) of (3)

Disgusting by the BBC basically writing a propaganda piece for Reform. OK so it shows negatives but on the whole it comes across as a "give it a go" article.

A new low by BBC News.

These are the same tricks Reform regularly engages in. We need to make sure our News agencies-BBC especially holds ALL politicians fully to account.
Sixty Minutes of Fiction: Trump’s latest 60 Minutes interview wasn’t journalism — it was a masterclass in unchecked disinformation. For an hour, he fired off lies about nukes, wars, inflation, and migrants while CBS nodded along. No fact-checks. No pushback. Just prime-time fiction packaged as news👇
