This is part of the international problem with age of consent. Some US States has 21, some 18. But some other countries have 16, 15 and even 13 (*cough* Argentina,Donald?)!!! This can give open goals for pedos to exploit.

I used to work as an IT Architect. Once we have decided on the hardware needed we draw up a detailed Bill of Materials - shortened to the BoM. Guess pronunciation.
We used to try and time some of our calls for when colleagues, especially an Egyptian, are in an airport departure lounge.

Not to mention it would just simply bankrupt BBC's overseas operations which they close and open a new one without ever having to pay from the home corporation. It's toothless and Trump knows it.
