I had a friend who got a migraine once and said if that's what you are experiencing it's actually really bad. So I understand the feeling like you have to justify how different a migraine is than an average headache (those also suck). She thought I was just weka & couldn't handle a mild headache.

Apparently, one study, said eating 30 different plants a week is really good for the gut microbiome. I always take health/diet studies with a grain of salt because they often aren't great, but this seems like it's not going to hurt anything even if it doesn't help as much as the study says.
