This is just embarrassing, @kaine.senate.gov - you caved for no real concessions on health care (even if there are 51 votes to restore ACA funds, the House will ignore it). I’ve been a big supporter, including donating to and knocking on doors to your campaigns. No more.

From the 16 Virginia House of Delegates freshmen from the 2017 blue wave:
4️⃣ earned their 5th term to the House Tuesday;
1️⃣ is returning to the House for a 4th term after a two-year hiatus;
3️⃣ of us in 2023 earned election to the Senate of Virginia (4-year term); and
1️⃣ is the attorney general-elect.

The mandate of birth gender on passport of someone who presents differently is a hostile act, as Jackson's dissent makes clear. Everyone knows the reason for Trump's EO was hostility to trans people. It's as clear as "hippie" in Moreno. Which is why the Court erases Moreno from its new law. end/
