Went to see The Fire Inside tonight- the story of Claressa Shields, the inspiring boxer from Flint, Michigan. Highly recommend! I love how much they delved into what happens "after" winning a gold medal.

Feeling inspired tonight to talk about Canadian fantasy authors you may not have heard about. #BookSky 💙📚 /1
Though the exchange rate is terrible, I've always sold my book at par. Because I'm Canadian. (Remember that glorious blink-and-miss-it time when it really was at par?)

If you'd like to read a contemporary fantasy set in a Canadian town, it's yours for $2.99 CAD.

All right, what’s your #booksdna? The novels that were formative to you. At least four!

Just finished my final assignment for the excellent TIPA- Trauma Informed Pilates Course. My final sentence was: "The true power of this work is already inside each individual I see, and I am just here as a witness, providing a safe space for them to find their way forwards." #pilates

I'm delighted that my son decided to roll down this hill once he was tired of sledding. Such a good way to develop his vestibular and proprioceptive systems. #play

Ever wonder what snow in the swamp would look like? This is 5 miles into the Louisiana swamps in the Atchafalaya basin... it's unreal... having lived down there for the first 28 years of my life, we never saw anything like this.

Smashed records.

Just finished reading Margo's Got Money Troubles by Rufi Thorpe. What a compelling and visceral experience. As a mom myself, I literally FELT so much of this in my bones. Incredibly relatable! #booksky #bookclub

These moments are what it's all about 😍... I love seeing the excitement of reaching a new milestone. Using the jumpboard against her feet made it possible for Nafée to keep her feet down for the first time. Absolutely fantastic! 👏👏👏way to go Nafée!

I always feel laughter is an essential part of any Pilates class and these two beautiful souls bring such joy into my studio. In this moment they were "helping" each other get up after a really challenging chair class ! Is there laughter in your Pilates classes ? #pilates #pilatesclass
