Donald Trump is probably too stupid to figure out that the reason Venezuela has such enormous oil reserves is because that oil is notoriously thick and dirty so oil refineries find it too expensive to process. It's often as viscous as tar and won't go thru pipelines. And it's full of smelly sulfur.

During my unannounced visit to the ICE detention facility at 26 Fed, I saw detainees sleeping on thin mats under foil blankets & learned DHS is reconsidering deportations of Venezuelans back to a chaotic regime.
This is unacceptable.
