"Terrorism" refers to violence to achieve political ends. Research studies showing that immigrants commit fewer crimes means that ICE's actions are about Trump's racist politics, not law. That means ICE operates as a de facto racialized terrorist organization, not unlike the Gestapo.

So while we were all sleeping, the DOJ filed an argument that they do not have to comply with court orders to release the Epstein file.
