On SNJ Today: LAs' indefensible SEND decision-making was overturned 98.7% of the time by the SEND Tribunal in 2024. With a 55% rise in appeals from families fighting council lawlessness, no wonder LAs want to get rid of parents' rights to legal redress.

The sector needs to stop, listen, and engage… forcing chn into schools that cannot support their needs, or worse, place them in a constant state of stress, is immoral. We are punishing chn and families for struggling within a system that was not built for them.
