I’ve been really moved by stories that people have shared today on Bluesky. I’m convinced this is the right way: kindness is both the antidote to and the opposite of everything Trump and Farage and Putin represent so let’s weaponise it against them. It’s so powerful. And they can’t understand it.

On Wednesday the head of the World Health Organization, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, said a “large proportion” of Gaza’s population was starving. “I don’t know what you would call it other than mass-starvation – and it’s man-made."
