I had a similar experience with what felt like a timeshare hard sell to replace all my windows when I only needed one pane replaced. Angie's List worked better for me than trying to pick a vendor directly.
Looking to get windows replaced and a salesman asked me when we could schedule a time to sit through his 90-minute demonstration.

I like that Tom reads comments and replies. I can feel his frustration with some of them, and I hope the frustration doesn’t limit the engagement.
And a guy named Tracy Cole, who was *vastly* more offensive than early Limbaugh, but was only hearable in the greater Springfield, MA area in the early 1970s.

Every year on Memorial Day, I share this video of French caretakers who take sand from Omaha Beach in Normandy, and scrub them into the letters to give them the gold coloring.
They do this for all 9,386 US soldiers who died.
