Rewatched Willow and it rules.
However, I'm once again reminded of how much more scary stuff was on VHS because of just how terrible the picture quality was. Those death dogs in Willow are great (inspired the gohms in Infinity Train) but on VHS they were even more visually impossible to understand!

Animation is so painful right now. Finding work is so hard. My wife who has survived both the WB mergers now has the looming specter of another sale or merger. Its so stressful, things have been so precarious for so long. And we’re in better shape than most. AND the fascist drum beat everyday.
