The ICE agent who shot Marimar Martinez in Chicago tried to goad her out of her car.
He said “do something b*tch” and shot her 5 times.

Mainstream daily newspapers & ABC, NBC, CBS, or FOX (of course) continue their both sides “measured” responses in the face of an ever growing and extremely long list of wrongs and catastrophes.

I’ve always hated Americans need to organize rallies instead of taking to the streets in the hundreds of thousands like other countries that have shown that is how you make change and take down violent regimes. I hate it being so bad we’re starting to get there but proud people are waking up g up.

I did not know the Reiners, but like everyone who works in entertainment I know people who did. The wonderful things said about them are true. This is a horrible tragedy, for his family and loved ones. It feels personal when someone so integral to the culture of your life is taken this way.

Serious question-like for everyone food prices have gone way up. What I don’t understand is why so much of the vegan food I buy has doubled and tripled in price. Why are soy products getting more and more expensive when soy farmers are hurting because tariffs keep them from selling their crops?
