The city has for years been incorporating mitigation measures as it replaces sidewalks etc that are often extras. I doubt that will be happening under ABC.

That’s nothing. It’s obvious that ABC places no value on addressing climate change. It’s not just about the FTE’s. It’s also about budgeting for mitigation measures which clearly is not going to happen.
