If we're not at war, Pete Hegseth is a murderer. If we are at war, Pete Hegseth is still a murderer. He's a murderer. And you don't need to go to The Hague to hold him accountable because there are perfectly good, American laws AGAINST MURDER.

Pete Hegseth Should Be Charged With Murder
No matter how you look at the strikes on alleged “drug boats”—as acts of war or attacks on civilians—Hegseth has committed a crime and should be prosecuted.

First Trump blackmailed universities into suppressing free speech. Now he’s bribing them with taxpayer dollars to enforce his agenda. Corruption and authoritarianism, plain and simple.

No university should cave to this blatantly unconstitutional coercion.

As of this afternoon, not a single career DOJ attorney has entered an appearance in the case against former FBI Director James Comey. Only the newly-appointed U.S. attorney is listed. That's extremely unusual.

In any event, I did actually write about tariffs this week, from a LEGAL perspective.
The tariffs were unconstitutional, then they weren't, but they will be again, until it gets to the Supreme Court.

It's confusing but I explain it in @thenation.com

What the Hell Do This Week’s Whiplash Tariff Rulings Actually Mean?
While the courts continue to debate the legality of Trump’s sweeping tariffs, the law remains clear: They are unconstitutional.
