Today Donald Trump attacked me by name in a speech at the Department of Justice. Of course I am worried, but courage comes from acting in spite of being worried. I have made my choice: I will continue to speak out, I will continue to litigate, I will continue to stand tall.

When Trump was sworn in, Elon Musk's corporations were under more than 32 investigations conducted by at least 11 federal agencies.
Most of the cases are now closed or likely to be closed soon, and the federal agencies are being defanged by DOGE.

I didn’t say you shouldn’t boycott but that I am not associated with a call going around. If I were organizing a boycott, I would call not for a one-day event, but for vocal, long-term boycotts of any company supporting MAGA, and focus on the Fox News Channel, Sinclair, and right-wing talk radio.
