Who's got two thumbs and spent an unreasonable amount of time trying to get a SQL Login to a SQL Server to work only to discover the server was configured for Windows-Only mode? Like a noob... #ThisGuy

Creating some tiny SQL databases related to #TheExpanse for a blog series I am working on. I am such a nerd. Love it.

Updated to Open To Work on LinkedIn. Influx of bots (I think) recommending resume professionals from Nigeria with very few reviews, etc. Perhaps that Nigerian prince started a new business? Nothing against Nigeria. But red flags galore.

Feeling proud. Wrapping up a successful client engagement; my first since leaving Microsoft. Feedback from Client, my manager, and my teammates was beyond stellar. My self-confidence has returned. I cannot stress enough how much that means to me.

No one reminds me that there are people who listen to country music on purpose quite like Taylor Sheridan...

Still. Just damn fine storytelling.

Feeling pretty beat today. #Anxiety spike on Saturday left me flat yesterday and lingering today. No reason for the spike. They don't need one. For more on what this feels like, see cantjuggle.com/2022/02/05/a...

Anxiety Disorder, ACID, and Cash Money » Can't Juggle
We all experience anxiety. It has both mental and physical effects. An anxiety disorder takes these effects to much higher levels. And it sucks.

My mental health continues to be pretty good. I am seeing excellent benefits from Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation ( #TMS ), which I finished last week. And the fatigue I felt while going through it is subsiding. I have had more energy of late than I have had in years.

So, the Vice President of the United States thinks illegal immigrants are obtaining houses... Like, how are they accomplishing that? With the Carnie Code or some shit?

I have to say, getting errors I cannot understand and pasting the code and the error into #MicrosoftCopilot to discover what's going on AND how to fix it is pretty rad.

I feel like almost every picture I have ever seen of FBI Director Patel looks like he just got caught masturbating in church.

I get so confused with dates sometimes with Americans typically using mm/dd/yyyy and EVERYONE ELSE using dd/mm/yyyy

So, today is November 11

Not sure if I should use 11/11/2025 or 11/11/2025

The whole 'don't eat things with lots of ingredients or ingredients you can't pronounce' is the stupidest advice & makes me immediately skeptical of whoever is offering it. Probably more people in the U.S. can pronounce "butter" and "arsenic" than can pronounce "quinoa," so then what?

The ridiculous claims by Republican lawmakers are getting even more ridiculous and shrill.

And, shouldn't they have made a true statement, even by accident, on any topic? I mean, if monkeys could write Shakespeare with enough time, I feel like Republicans could tell the truth once.
