My mental health continues to be pretty good. I am seeing excellent benefits from Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation ( #TMS ), which I finished last week. And the fatigue I felt while going through it is subsiding. I have had more energy of late than I have had in years.

I have to say, getting errors I cannot understand and pasting the code and the error into #MicrosoftCopilot to discover what's going on AND how to fix it is pretty rad.

I get so confused with dates sometimes with Americans typically using mm/dd/yyyy and EVERYONE ELSE using dd/mm/yyyy

The whole 'don't eat things with lots of ingredients or ingredients you can't pronounce' is the stupidest advice & makes me immediately skeptical of whoever is offering it. Probably more people in the U.S. can pronounce "butter" and "arsenic" than can pronounce "quinoa," so then what?
