People are often surprised when I tell them this: both Twitter and Facebook/insta/threads are now specifically engineered to downgrade, hide, suppress real journalism. If this platform is different, that's a huge change

My wife and I both worked at the then NSW Housing Commission for over a decade back in the mid-60's/70's. There were orderly waiting lists, priority for urgent cases, special aged units by the 100's, funded Aboriginal housing and NO crises.Whole suburbs created. Maintenance excellent. What happened?
Where in the world are they getting housing policy right? I’d like to learn from that.
