Minor spoilers in the thread below

The costumes are gorgeous. Every year I want to learn to sew or earn enough money to pay someone to make it. I'll try to post pictures

I struggle to post once. I need to practice posting my ideas that I find interesting even if I also perceive them as boring

ABA is NOT the 'gold standard of autism care.' The lack of autistic staffers is showing here and with so many devastating Medicaid cuts to programs that serve children, focusing on a controversial one targeting autistics in this political climate is a loaded choice.
It's the 'gold standard' in autism care. Why are states reining it in?
Budget shortfalls and nearly $1 trillion in looming federal Medicaid cuts have prompted states to rein in spending on a widely embraced autism therapy, pinching families who depend on the services.

Ok listen Hallmark made a legitimately amazing Hannukah movie.

It’s called Round And Round.

It is nerdy AF. It has D&D and comic books and time loops and Groundhog Day references the acting and writing is good and it’s very Jewish and I watch it every year and I highly recommend it.

When I first read this book, I interviewed Indra about it and we chatted about gender because i was shocked that someone who ID’s as cis at the time could write one of the most beautiful trans books I’d ever read. Gender is wobbly. Trans werewolves are wonderful. It’s a great book.
My Lambda Award-winning debut novel THE DEVOURERS, a dark, queer, mythic realist tale about sex, love, violence, & shapeshifting, has finally surpassed 20k sales. Those may be rookie numbers to many authors, but for me, it's a big deal, even if not big money. Sincerest gratitude to my readers 🖤

The map shows America (the continent) from the U.S. to Peru, with red dots showing the strikes; the dots are clustered in the Caribbean, south of Dominicana to the coast of Venezuela, while spreading out in a line along the coast from Colombia to mid-Mexico, on the Eastern Pacific.
I'm not sure if people realize the murder strikes are taking place across a large region. It's quite staggering.
