In the year of whatever the hell this is, I am begging employers to PLEASE include the salary range for jobs in the actual adverts? Making applicants go through all the hoops of applying before salaries are discussed is discriminatory at worst and a monumental pain in the arse at best.

It took seeing adult bullies to understand that my childhood bullies didn’t even really want to hurt me, they just wanted to feel powerful and how I felt about it wasn’t even in the equation.
I can’t imagine someone not outgrowing that, but apparently it happens quite a lot!

So being a mature student in first year is horrible because you get spoken to like a spoiled teenager but have the financial pressures and responsibilities of an adult. No one relates to you or knows how to speak to you because they can’t work out how old you are.

There’s a lot of debate about whether I’m autistic or just anxious and I think this is very limiting. Why not both? Aim higher.
