I find it fascinating that we, as a society, made “cis” a mainstream term (I had doubts) but still haven’t come to a collective agreement about how to pronounce “gif.”

I mean, if you average out my deviled egg consumption across the last twelve months, it's fewer than half an egg per month. 🤷 (The fact that I've eaten the majority of them in the last few days is no one's business.)

An issue we're seeing at all levels of university is that many students are simply refusing to do *anything*. They aren't reading the syllabus, aren't following assignment guidelines, aren't engaging with material, ignoring deadlines. And this might seem like old news, but it truly has ramped up.
