how do people do code signing cheaply for opensource projects nowadays? i missed the relatively short window microsoft was offering individual certificates under, which would have been by far cheaper than anything else i've seen...

i get more benefit from `git bisect` than any other tool i use for my job. often it shows me man-made horrors beyond my comprehension, in this case uncovering that a random python import can make a handful of completely unrelated end to end tests fail... but it beats not knowing (just barely).
