Rents are rapidly rising at trailer parks, or mobile home parks, due to large-scale buyouts by private equity firms. A poverty law attorney explains: buff.ly/QHpnb1G
Private equity firms are snapping up mobile home parks − and driving out the residents who can least afford to lose them
For residents who can’t afford to move, rising lot rents can mean losing everything.

New federal loan limits could make grad school out of reach for many students, especially future doctors, lawyers and professors from less wealthy backgrounds (and Black families are more likely to need student loans).
New student loan limits could change who gets to become a professor, doctor or lawyer
Tighter federal borrowing limits may deepen inequities, especially for students from underrepresented backgrounds.

Well, I’m gonna insist that you listen to this.

Definition of terms:

“these people” = Latino migrants

“Inner city people” = Black people

“We tried to get them [inner city people] to do it” = slavery & sharecropping
Trump on undocumented farm workers: "People that live in the inner city are not doing that work. They've tried, we've tried, everybody tried. They don't do it. These people do it naturally. Naturally ... they don't get a bad back, because if they get a bad back, they die."
