Zuckerberg/Meta launched Threads as an alternative to Twitter/X, capturing a largely liberal userbase unhappy w/ Musk's management. Now that Zuckerberg is supporting the Trump presidency, his replies on Threads are just a deluge of dunks. It's like someone creating their own personal wedgie machine.

Let's hope (3) doesn't happen but I'm increasingly pessimistic that it will. Trump's really going all out trying to get his ppl to terrorize Springfield's Haitian and Haitian-American population and to a lesser extent the city as a whole.

(1) Morally it’s an attempted pogrom. Despicable and verminous, for the people doing it and the people countenancing it. (2) Legally under current law it’s getting closer to meeting the Brandenburg test for incitement but still a stretch. (3) A bad incident could conceivably change that.

There's a not entirely frivolous argument that he deliberately incited his supporters vs the community but lying profusely at campaign rallies is *legal*.
