Potentially tornadic storm moving right over the Paducah KY radar and NWS office. Hoping it’s not producing. Folks, the staff there deserve all the love regardless. They have worked multiple tornado events this spring already and their office doesn’t even have functioning toilets!

Today is a high-plains tornado outbreak anniversary, Mar 28, 2007. What a memorable early season event. You could have picked any random storm and had a very high probability of seeing significant tornadoes. The one we chose in SW Nebraska produced a few notables, including twins and multi-vortices.
