As the mother of an 8-year-old diagnosed with autism at age 4, I am honestly just so damn scared for his future.
When I read RFK Jr.’s recent comments about people with autism — reducing their existence to something “not good for the country” — my heart broke. Not just as a mom, but as a human.

2. There are thousands of people with Autism Spectrum Disorder who pay taxes, have jobs, can use the bathroom on their own, and are thriving in life.
