Hubert is a dog that cant NOT be leashed for his anxiety while Ferdinand can't ever be leashed outside of emergencies because he will
A) dash off at a moments notice and yank Edelgard off her feet
And B) encircle her excitedly and end up wrapping her in it before, again, yanking her off her feet
