HOLY SHIT. You need to read this in its entirety. Way too much to even begin to summarize but it's really, REALLY bad. It's just one agency, NLRB, but it's likely happening at others. We are under attack, seemingly from the inside. What's happening here should put folks in prison

The National Emergencies Act is supposed to limit Executive power to unilaterally and indefinitely extend a national emergency.
It's literally one of the most important checks on Executive power that forces Congress to act, and this Congress is like "nah, you do you."
