Australian… I’ll think of other stuff to put here later.

While doing the “Sculpture by the Sea” walk at Bondi last year, I paused to lay down. To catch my breath and stretch my back. Quite a peaceful spot under a tree. Not a bad photo for an old iPhone SE 2.
Of course Grok is part of a whitewashing campaign against the hero of Bondi. Syrian born Ahmed El Ahmed, fruit shop owner of Sutherland is the true hero.

AI companies are all trying to make out they have Data from “Star Trek”or C3-P0 from “Star Wars”.

What they actually have is Talkie Toaster from “Red Dwarf”.

New from 404 Media: authors are getting caught leaving AI prompts in their novels, telling the AI to follow someone else's style. We bought a copy to confirm.

I’ve gotta say, I’m sick of every YouTuber that uses the transition cards and voiceover from the “SpongeBob SquarePants” time-travel episode. The meme is overplayed. Just do a jump cut. Spare us that stupid accent.

I believe Australia could benefit from something similar. AI is a tool, but blindly using it can be risky. From “hallucinations” and providing outright false answers, oversight is required. The public has a right to be informed on how content is created.

Australia should look towards Europe. The USA is no longer a reliable ally. #auspol
Europe made Airbus a substitute for Boeing.
With effort, investment & will, Eutelsat can compete against Starlink, and other infrastructure can compete.

Everyone should address every Republican as “Communist Russian Sympathiser.” It’s how they should refer to the R Party. In every press statement. In every political ad. Every person they meet that voted R should be referred to that way. Every R donor or PAC.

Doing this so it’s easier for me to find in the future.
"Yield!" the knight called, sword raised.

"And if I do?" the dragon asked.

"I will ask a boon."

"What boon?"

"Let my horse ride you."

"What?"

"I have tried to tell him of the joy I feel riding a powerful steed, and have it go where I wish. Can you show him?"

"Ah. Then, I yield."

I just clicked on a video link in a forum and…
…geolocked.

So, wild and crazy idea. Anything that would be covered by copyright has its legal protections removed if it is not made available to the public. If access to buy it is blocked, no penalties apply if it’s pirated. Don’t geofence me out!

#Trump is not smart enough to run a distraction campaign. #ElonMusk is too egotistical to believe he needs one.

The USA can no longer be trusted. Ditch #AUKUS. Don’t just impose reciprocal tariffs, slap anything destined for the USA with export duties too. End all contracts with Starlink.

So, with the cuts being made in American air regulatory agencies, shall we start a betting pool on when the first billionaire in a private jet crashes?

Hey, Australian Government! I’ve got a better deal than those AUKUS submarines. Every university, medical research lab, and the CSIRO could attract the greatest minds the USA has disenfranchised. We could lead the world in any scientific discipline you could imagine.

If Canada really wants to snub Trump with a brain drain, if they relaxed citizenship requirements, they'd likely get a large number of new professional expats from the USA without becoming the 51st state. LOL!

In the past, #elonmusk has tried to shut down Starlink in Ukraine to favour the Russians. Today he just walked into the USA Treasury and demanded access. Everything he owns must be considered compromised and a security threat. Any government deals with him are suspect. #auspol

Two fatal crashes within 3 days, less than two weeks after the FAA director stepped down. If I was a billionaire in the USA, I’d be selling my private jet and taking limousines everywhere, until Musk is kicked out of Washington and “DOGE” is dismantled completely.
