Australian… I’ll think of other stuff to put here later.
“Believe what I say, not what I said.”

Proof they believe nothing.

I suspect there is a similar correlation for gamers and their custom PC builds…

Just remember, it’s the left one that goes “flip” and the right one that goes “flop.” That’s how you know that you’ve put them on the correct feet.

So many questions…
Does it magically give you a penis?
Does it turn your existing penis magical?

Nissan/Datsun Bluebird (From the awkward rebranding era).
Subaru Impreza (From before they went all in on AWD in Aus).
Mazda MX-5 (Greatest car ever made).
Ford Falcon (AU, the ugliest car ever made).
Holden Rodeo (Isuzu D-Max in drag).
VW Golf (computer module fried, so much for German reliability)

Loved the book series. The TV show suffered the typical low-budget sci-fi special effects of the BBC in the 1980s and 1990s. Cardboard, Papier-mâché, and blindingly obvious composites. All without the charm of Dr. Who or Red Dwarf.

I’m less of a triangle vs square purist, as long as the bread is cut into quarters. A half slice is too large. (And crusts on give you a robust spot to hold the treat.)

Growing up, my family used butter. We didn’t regularly buy margarine until the 1990s. It’s more about getting an even spread, so allow the butter to soften.

I’d stop doing that if I were you. The shop can’t advertise it as signed without getting the signature authenticated. Chances are they’re either going to sell it cheaper to avoid the risk of a fraud case, or just toss it.

They have left a trail of people confused by the angry woman that just paid then a very personal compliment…

It’s a pain in the arse. They’ve cut staff levels to the bone, so you wind up with only one person at the counter. All their time is taken up with delivery orders. And the prices on everything are raised to cover what the apps take as a cut. Worse still, after 10:00pm they are the only game in town.

“No down button?”

“You campaigned so hard against feature creep and rising costs.”

“What now? How do we get down?”

“We’ve started another ‘round of funding. Amongst your employees and customers.”

“And?”

“We expect the first donation any day now…”

A bag of holding that holds the previous bag of holding. Gotta put it somewhere, I suppose.

One of “The Goodies” episodes spoofed the advertising industry. He did a mock jingle for string… 40 something years later it is still the first thing that comes to mind when I think of string.

All the incidental music he did for the show was amazing.

If something is free, you are the product. Anyone that sits down for this has just given them their face as training data.

Yes, you must do hours of unpaid work that I may be entertained for free. And then complain about that content too…

The nation of Australia knows and loves the John Farnham arrangement of “Help” better than the Beatles original. Better is subjective, but the mood fits the lyrics.

If they didn’t want us to use top, bottom, left, and right, they wouldn’t have printed maps on flat pieces of paper.
