I’m always happy to see arachnophobia options in games but it is funny to think of fear of one specific animal as an accessibility option. Like if you think worms or horses are weird your ass is out of luck.

Ok I think I just realized something about myself. When it comes to compliments that I appreciate most, it's the ones that I don't regard and expected accomplishments. Like getting a job, getting an education, doing a task I was already asked or expected to do.

If there's one thing that feeds my team-based game addiction is the "good comms" compliment I get when I'm yapping callouts to a team of no-mics.

I really don't care about celebrating my birthday that much. I was happy with just getting some pho with some of my family. Certainly could have done without a couple of family members feeling like it was the time to share they bought MAGA hats for themselves and talked politics at the table.

My favorite thing in Marvel Rivals is when the DPS runs around the corner and thinks I can out-heal a Moon Knight ankh and punisher turret at once and they just disintegrate.

#Atlyss has some promise so far as an early access game. From the aesthetics to some of the combat mechanics, it's pretty fun and certainly enjoyable with multiplayer. The current loop is fun for a while though does get a bit stale after replaying the dungeons that just randomize rooms and -

If you haven't tried #Roboquest yet, I highly recommend it. Great FPS roguelike with that over arching meta progression. The new endless mode is also pretty fun so you can try to build yourself up while they make the enemies increasingly difficult and with new mechanics. OST is full of bangers too.

#TavernMaster is actually a great management/tycoon game if you want something deeper than a mobile game but not so complex you need to look up tutorials to explain effective ways to do things. It's focused on the best parts of what makes the games fun for me personally.

I swear authenticator apps know when you open them up because they always have the least convenient amount of time remaining to enter the code. Be looking at it like 🤔 "Wait can I beat the timer or.." just to give up and wait for the next one.

Finished an incremental game called #Nodebuster. Excellent sound design, felt very satisfying for a rather minimal aesthetic. Probably shouldn't have binged the whole thing in 4 hours but here we are.
