Noncitizens voting is RARE. .00001% of a problem. It is already ILLEGAL. The SAVE act makes it incredibly harder for US CITIZENS TO VOTE. Esp citizens who DON'T HAVE access to/ can't pay for a copy of their passport, birth certificate or real ID. This will affect mostly marginalized groups. #saveact

Here's a concrete thing you can do to help right now.
If you rent, start a tenants' union. Just meet once a month. Ask everyone who comes to donate $5-$10 per month to start two things: a rent support fund and a legal support fund for anyone who needs them.
Keeping people housed is praxis.

A lot of blame is going around internally on the left today and a lot of it is warranted but I think we should remember who the enemy is, find a common goal and band together.

Watching LA burn is heartbreaking. Watching wildlife run for their lives, scared with no where to go, is devastating. Watching people desperately try to water their homes, already burning and only a black outline of what they were is gut-wrenching. The climate crisis is here.
