I want to talk about how some companies have weaponized the term "inorganic engagement/bots" to fuel narratives that there are coordinated campaigns to spread certain things on social media.

🧵To be clear — that behavior absolutely happens, however, many of the companies claiming to detect bots

The artist I listened to the most in 2025 was Aquilo. I went to send my dad a song and ended up right back in my Aquilo playlist. I love them so much.

I've been sad because my gym crush of a year and half has stopped working out at the same gym/time as me. And then my type walked in 😳

I live in a state in which it is just as fast to ride a bike 13 miles as it is to take public transportation. Just think about that. Also it's not cheaper than just getting gas in your car. Wonder why?! - she says sarcastically 🙄

There are >800 LoCITT-T participants, & >200 people who are eligible & just need to take one more step to claim their spot.

There's time for new folks to join!

We're particularly hoping to enroll folks from ND, MS, & PR & more BIPOC participants:

The Target boycott that AFT joined on Labor Day is seeing success. This holiday season, we're doubling down to demonstrate organized labor's economic power, as well as the consequences of ignoring the will of workers and the good of working families.

For a long time, Target—that popular mega store that seemed to hit just the right combination of low prices and of-the-moment swagger—was everyone’s darling, the go-to spot for everything from groceri...

Another name for this would be "pre-existing conditions," a way used to exclude disabled people from health care for decades in the US.

Understand, when you hear people talk about "rewarding the healthy" - these are policies that have a body count.
Please understand that "reward people for being healthy", in health insurance, also translates to "punish people for being disabled."

The people who are most vulnerable, most in need, will be asked to bear higher costs, in many cases, pricing them out of accessing health care, into early graves.
Markwayne Mullin: "Reward people for being healthy. Think about this. Healthcare is the only industry that you're not rewarded for taking care of your responsibility. If you think about homeowners insurance, if you're within 500 feet of a fire hydrant, your insurance goes down."

The Utah legislature is truly out of control. They have been fighting a citizen initiative for fair maps for 7 years, saying "Were doing this for the people" Uh the people are who voted for this — What they have been doing is using tax payer money to appeal a law the population of Utah voted for. 🙄

This is could well be a historic midterm for Democrats.

Don’t waste it on centrists who won’t come through when it matters. Run vocal progressives.

You won’t end Trumpism without anti-corruption crusaders and warriors for social and economic justice who believe in taxes & big, universal programs.
Those claiming Dems should retreat on racial justice aren't hard-headed realists, they're pushing against the electoral tide rather than leaning into it. The story of Gen Z isn't about racist backlash or red-pilled young men. It's the most racially progressive generation in American history. 🧵
