The images detached from every aspect of life merge into a common stream in which the unity of life can no longer be recovered. Fragmented views of reality regroup themselves into a new unity as a separate pseudo-world that can only be looked at.
When I was a young man I used to daydream about having a video shop just so I could put all the American films in "World Cinema".

We ate out to help out, and we clapped the nurses,
And got part-time jobs driving hearses.
We all learned that Black Lives Matter - your grand-dad toned down his "colourful" patter.
We did our bit, and didn't complain,
Even when we had to go and fight in Ukraine.

As the King both of Canada and The UK, and as the host of Trump's upcoming state visit, I'd hope he could put some pressure on Trump to back off, and encourage the British government to support Canada. He may not have a lot of executive power but I'm sure his opinion carries a lot of weight.

And we share a head of state, of course. I expect he'd have an opinion.

I can't imagine the King is very happy about it either. I hope he tells Trump to back the fuck off when they have a minute in private.

Just wanted to say that I am enjoying this latest addition to the CPUK lore. First I just wanted some comics printed, then I stayed to watch people being haranged about bleeds, then it was the surprisingly in-depth knowledge of US politics, and now it's "help my life is now 40% trampoline park".

My dad always said his earliest memory was coming back from the market with his granny on the bus, back when proper cockney grannies bought their eels live, and one of them escaped and the conductor was chasing it up the aisle.

What about if we didn't have attack drones. That would be awesome.

That's not fair. If you couldn't decide what cereal you wanted, AI could recommend some types you might like. Some of them might be real.

Being a parent I was imagining use cases such as "[stern, authoritative] Charlie, can you please brush your teeth?"

I think they're more adverbial if anything. Like stage directions [he said thoughtfully].
