Ditto, I went into last night with no illusion of winning. But I didn’t expect it to be this wide of a margin.
I think emotionally I was prepared for Trump to eke out a win on 30k votes in Michigan, but I was not ready for Republicans to sweep all 7 swing states, the Electoral College, the popular vote, the Senate, and the House.

I'm extremely angry that, as part of the CDOT roadway changes for the Obama Center, they cut down this long strip of trees to make a parking lane.
But it was technically parkway (strip of grass between sidewalk and road), not Park District, so it didn't count as removing park space.

School is officially starting. The Booth students have taken over the morning Metra to Hyde Park.
