The thing about "self-diagnosis" is that if you're an adult there's a lot of stuff that's never getting caught at regular checkups if you don't bring it up yourself. If you've made it to adulthood with undiagnosed ADHD, you're probably not getting help with it unless you ask.

Having ADHD as an entrepreneur sometimes REALLY sucks.

I've done over a hundred sales for Black Friday and guess what?

Literally no one has received their purchases because of a tiny error I made in setting up the sales page.

Having ADHD can make you feel so incompetent when you know you're not.
