Here in lies the problem. Farage is by any measure a duplicitous character, unworthy of public respect, steeped in a Machiavellian conspiracy but none of this cuts through with his base. They do not want heed the evidence preferring to drown the voice of true patriots in a deluge of blind adulation

He’s the antithesis of a decent Englishman.
He’s sly, he’s divisive, he has, at best, a tenuous relationship with the truth.
His avarice for wealth and power knows no bounds.
Many of his acquaintances have friends who wish this country ill.
Yet, the ignorant fawn over him.

I think I have remarked before that I am an atheist but I believe I follow the doctrines of Jesus of Nazareth far more closely than a great many of the self professed Christians like Kemi Badenoch who apparently claims that Christian values have been a constant all her life. B*** S***!

Just finished binge watching BBC's Civilisations, Rise and Fall and I intend to watch it again. Great, compulsory viewing for all. And if you need a further recommendation: The Daily Torygraph hates it.

Ban rule-breaking peers from the House of Lords.
Lords found guilty of serious misconduct – like bullying or lobbying for cash – still get to make our laws. I just signed a petition to kick rule-breaking peers out of the Lords for good. Want to add...

Fascist Reform leader Richard Tice would get REALLY upset if you shared this widely on all forms of social media so lots of people can keep it and bring it out before the next election to show that he is as big a liar as Keir Starmer.

So please don't, he would be *very* upset.

Boris Johnson, now whinging that the Covid Enquiry conclusions are muddled. Well as the man who brought us Farage's Brexit, didn't level up, didn't build 40 new hospitals but held party's in defiance of his own laws, nobody is more than qualified than he to recognise a muddle.

The Starmer situation has made me think who since the war has been best British PM. Frankly I am at a loss to name him/her. The last 6 have been rubbish. Can't nominate Thatcher, all our problems begin with her. Possibly Blair, Wilson or Attlee. We just get naff politicians. Any suggestions?
