It's a handful of companies that own most of the units. If you call maybe half a dozen of the apartments (in different neighborhoods) leasing phone numbers you'll likely deal with two or three businesses. Because they have a stranglehold on the supply they can afford to let many units sit empty.

Man, I know I'm preaching to the choir, but fuck our medical system. Primary was solid, but lacked tools to diagnose further. Scheduled appt with urgent care that took my insurance, but arrived to find out not THAT network. Call insurance to ask about locations that do offer the service.

Seeing glib comments about the national guard member killed, following illegal orders, etc. I think it demonstrates some of the reasons people don't fully understand the struggles DC suffers because it's refused statehood.

Can the AI be trained to get the rich to commit suicide instead of children suffering mental breakdowns from the existential hell the rich created? Perhaps if it tells the rich the line will go up faster if they succeed?
